The Team

Here’s the scoop:

• We use ClickUp and Slack to keep work organized and sane. All tasks have clear instructions. 
• While we use any platforms clients require for their work, some of the most common platforms include Bubble, n8n, ActiveCampaign, Zapier, and HubSpot. 
• We’re reasonable with deadlines and prioritize flexibility, but we like to move quickly. If you work fast, we all win—but you won’t receive a call from me at 4pm on a Friday with the expectation that you’ll be available. 
• We don’t like red tape or barriers in communication. Give me feedback freely, assign tasks to teammates if you’re too busy, and forget the idea of middle management. 
• All team members get access to a Knowledgebase in Notion that contains our discoveries about platforms, useful scripts, and other tips that you can search at any time. 
• We’ve got SOPs! The useful kind, not the ones that force your hand.
